Alex Elieff

I’m Alex Elieff, and it’s a pleasure to serve as the Team Lead for The Dan and Alex Real Estate Team. Originally from Markham, I made the move to Barrie in 2009, and it’s here that my enthusiasm for real estate truly took off. My academic journey began with a fascination for architecture, and I pursued my studies at Georgian College. 

However, the allure of working directly with people and the excitement of the sales world led me to pivot my career path. I ventured into the corporate world, joining Rogers Communication as a sales representative. It was during this time that I crossed paths with my future business partner, Dan Wojcik. The corporate experience equipped me with valuable skills, but my heart was set on a different course. 

Real estate found its way into my life during a unique encounter – camping out for the grand opening of Yonge Station by Pratt Homes in 2013. Two years later, with determination and hard work, I proudly became a homeowner. This personal experience ignited a passion for the industry, leading to an opportunity to work as a sales representative for the builder, just 6 short months after buying my first home. 

Navigating the vast landscape of real estate, I embraced every facet of the journey – from participating in pre-delivery inspections to the design and construction of an award-winning sales office. Alongside a dedicated team, we successfully sold over 1,400 homes, each transaction adding to a wealth of insights into home design, consumer needs, and the intricate details of the real estate market. 

Dan and I have had a common goal since day 1, and that is to lead a real estate team distinguished for exceptional service and genuine care for our clients. Our team slogan is simple yet powerful: if you do what’s right for others, success will follow. 

Beyond real estate, I’m a devoted advocate for health and fitness, reflecting a commitment to personal well-being. I’ve developed a keen appreciation for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and it’s an energy I bring into both my personal and professional life. I’ve consistently been the proactive one, seizing opportunities and forging connections with a wide array of individuals. It’s often said, and I firmly believe it to be true, that ‘it’s about who you know.’ I concur wholeheartedly; the people you encounter play pivotal roles in your life, and it’s crucial to harness these connections effectively. 

I remain committed to continual learning and personal growth, striving always to evolve into the finest version of myself. Grateful for the multitude of relationships I’ve cultivated, I am dedicated to nurturing and cherishing them.
